Description
Lyons – Roulette N°9 Line 45 is a coarse line roulette wheel, with a curved shaft that etches parallel lines. The gauge has 45 lines per inch (DPI), which produces coarse lines.
This roulette wheel has a 6mm diameter drum that is 4.5mm wide.
The line roulette wheel is used in intaglio printmaking to create areas of tonality on your metal place. This is achieved by carefully rolling the tool in different directions over your zinc or copper plate, layering lines to create areas that will hold ink.
