Our Corrective Crayons, also known as snake slips, are made from soft limestone.
They are used to correct mistakes before the lithographic ink (tusche) has been placed onto a plate, whether stone or metal.
The limestone achieves this by easily removing wax and grease that has been applied to a lithographic stone.
