E. C. Lyons Roulette Curved Straight No 9 – 100DPI is a very fine grain roulette wheel featuring a stipple pattern and straight shaft. The gauge has 100 dots per inch (DPI).
This roulette wheel has a 6mm diameter drum that is 4.5mm wide.
The stippled roulette wheel is used in intaglio printmaking to create areas of tonality on your metal place. This is achieved by carefully rolling the tool in different directions over your zinc or copper plate, layering very fine dots to create areas that will hold ink.
